Greeters

St. Dionysios has a well deserved reputation for being a large, friendly family. This feeling begins right at the front doors of the church. This brand new ministry includes greeters who will open the door to welcome each person to the parish for worship, introducing themselves to visitors and new members, and getting them settled in the sanctuary with a book for the Divine Liturgy hymns. After the service, all are welcome to come into the social hall for coffee hour and a fellowship meal. Greeters will help newer and visiting members find a table in the church hall, introducing them to new friends. Does this sound like a talent you have or would like to develop?
